Speaking on ARY News’ program off the record, Fawad Chaudhry said that if a judge is accused, a dispute arises, there is a balance out regarding the accountability of the judiciary.

Fawad Chaudhry said that why the PML-N always understands the matter later. The PML-N first distributes sweets and then expresses reservations over the decision.
Talking on the occasion, PML-N leader Musaddiq Malik said that the role of Shehzad Akbar was also discussed in the court and the legal status of ARU was also questioned in the court.
He said that the attitude of the government towards the reference has changed. The custody of reference is now with the Supreme Judicial Council.
