One third Pakistanis (32%) opine that international trade benefits the rich more than the poor. 20% say it benefits no one.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, one third Pakistanis (32%) opine that international trade benefits the rich more than the poor. 20% say it benefits no one.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked, “In your opinion, who will benefit the most from International trade: the rich, the poor or both?” In response to this question, 32% said the rich, 14% said the poor, 34% said both and 20% said no one.
