E-cigarettes could be taxed for the first time as Treasury looks to raise £20 billion

Sources in Whitehall have said there will be an increase in 'sin taxes' in the next Budget when it is announced this autumn. A five per cent tax on the UK's three million vapers could bring in £40 million.
