Three killed, 21 injured in aerial firing in different cities

ISLAMABAD: As many as three people were killed and 21 others injured injuries in aerial firing and fireworks display in different parts of the country in the early hours of Tuesday.

According to reports, a young man was killed in Chourangi area of Karachi during fireworks display and 11 other people were injured in aerial firing on the occasion of Independence Day in various areas of Karachi.

Similarly, in Rawalpindi, a youth was killed while eight other people were wounded in aerials firing in different areas of the city. A 15-year-old girl was among the wounded.

At least two people were wounded in aerial firing in Faisalabad on the occasion of Independence Day.
