Driver, 29, fined £200 after falling asleep at motorway services after driving to see sick mother
Chris Allen stopped to rest at a services on the M1 near Leicester during a five-hour drive to see his mum Angela, 62, who had been rushed to hospital. He was charged £100 for overstaying.
