KANDAHAR: The Afghan security forces killed or wounded 15 Taliban militants during the operations in Kandahar province of Afghanistan.
The 205th Atal Corps in a statement said the security forces conducted the operations in Mujahid and Jagrum areas of Maiwand district. The statement further added that the security forces killed 8 Taliban militants and wounded 7 others. Furthermore, the 205th Atal Corps said the Afghan forces also discovered and defued 17 improvised explosive devices in Maiwand, Khakriz and Panjwai districts of Kandahar.(Khaama Press)
