The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has arranged online sessions for the national women’s cricket team with former fast bowler Wasim Akram and captain of the national T20 team Babar Azam.
The purpose of the online sessions is to teach female players the tricks of the game from top notch cricketers and to help them stay focused on the game during the Corona Lockdown.
These sessions of 35 women cricketers will be conducted through video conference call in which the national women cricketers will be provided information on adopting a comprehensive strategy in different situations.
Wasim Akram, a member of the ICC Hall of Fame and the highest wicket-taker in Test cricket for Pakistan, will share with the players of the national women’s cricket team the experiences gained from his 18-year long international cricket career, and this session will be held on Monday.
