Two boys charged with kidnapping after car was stolen from owner's driveway with sons inside
Two boys, 15, have been charged with stealing a car and kidnap as the owner's sons, aged two and four, were still inside. West Midlands Police detained suspects 15 minutes after the alarm was raised.
