Baby P's stepfather who was jailed for causing toddler's death is denied parole
Steven Barker, 44, was jailed in 2009 for a minimum of 32 years for torturing 17-month-old Peter Connelly to death at their home in Tottenham, north London, and raping a two-year-old girl.
