Police hit 146mph in high-speed chase with driver before he smashes into roundabout barrier
Adrian Osiecki, 30, was jailed for 18 months after he crashed his Mercedes into a roudabout barrier after leading traffic police on a 146mph chase down the M40 near Banbury.
