Obese sisters shed combined 12 stone after health scares made them reconsider their weights 

Amanda, 33 and Clare O'Neill, 26, from London, lost more than a combined 12, stone in nine months, with Amanda going from 14st 6lbs to 9st 5lbs and Claire from 17st 7lbs to 10st 11lbs
