ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), Asif Ali Zardari refuted claims of holding secret meeting with the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
This he said while talking to private news channel. The former president said that he never met with political rival Nawaz Sharif in a secret meeting and never has a plan to do so.
Regarding the Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, he said that he wants to see his son as prime minister of Pakistan and adding that he would prefer to sit on the opposition benches than coming in power through ‘power politics’.
PPP leader also thanked Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz president Shehbaz Sharif for his wishes on late Benazir Bhutto’s birthday.
He predicted that the country won’t have political stability even after the general election.
