Policeman killed, four injured in suicide attack outside IEC Office

MUMBAI: One policeman was killed and four other were injured outside the Independent Election Commission’s (IEC) offices in Kabul city on Monday morning in a suicide attack.

A spokesman of Kabul police chief confirmed that a suicide bomber on foot detonated his explosives close to the gate of the offices.

However, the IEC says at least one policeman and one civilian were killed and five IEC staff members were injured.
