Care for the elderly; 60% Pakistanis believe that older people are well taken care of in our society, 30% think otherwise.

According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup & Gilani Pakistan, 60% Pakistanis believe that older people are well taken care of in our society, 30% think otherwise.

A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked “Do you think the society we live in takes enough care of the elderly?” In response to this question, 60% said yes, 30% said no while 10% did not know or respond to the question.
